Capacity Building

ACBI develops and delivers institutional capacity building programmes that break down the obstacles inhibiting People, Organizations and Governments from realizing their development goals.  ACBI’s capacity building programmes are aimed at imparting the skills required to transform organizations and individuals to be able to sustain growth in an ever challenging world. We conduct in-house programmes for organizations which may require specialized trainings for their staff, in which case we do a training need assessment   in collaboration with the training department and design the program which will address such needs. We also have open programmes conducted as per ACBI’s training calendar where organizations nominate their staff to attend as per the individual needs.
